Who Are We Looking For?

The Sales Training & Evaluation Manager is responsible for the training, development and evaluation of the entire sales team. The role is one that encompasses training all new sales hires, and developing custom programs to improve the sales skills of each individual while evaluating the reps using a number of different mechanisms such as key analytics, call analysis and prospect management protocols.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, developing and implementing specific training procedures to enhance the skills of each individual on the sales team;
  • Creating and monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives, reporting the team’s ongoing performance; and
  • Preparing agenda for and leading weekly sales meetings.
